If you think you’re not a baker, this recipe will prove you wrong! This Banana Chocolate Crumble could not be simpler! It requires only 5 ingredients and you won’t have to mess with eggs! It’s a great recipe to introduce kids to baking! I taught my daughter when she was 12 and now, when we want to eat crumble, she’s the one making it.
The secret to this recipe is in the measurements. You can scale it at will and make a lot or a little, without having to think too long 🙂 – You just need the same WEIGHT (volume won’t work as well) of flour, sugar and butter. That’s it!
Oh! I almost forgot to mention that you can use any kind of fruits, all year long, fresh or frozen. We’ve made blueberry crumble, mango crumble, peach crumble, pear crumble and also apple crumble (add a touch of cinnamon when you make the latter three). But this one is our favorite.
